Description
Pre-solicitation Notice Draft PWS The MICC - Knox intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to provide maintenance and support Information Technology (IT) services for United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) Integrated Resource System (MIRS) Documentum (D) and Business Analysis (BA) II system in North Chicago, IL for the anticipated base period of 1 April 2018 through 31 August 2019, or date of award, with two one-year option periods. This is a follow-on IT services support acquisition for USMIRS Oracle Forms platform and business analysis support within USMEPCOM. The MIRS system is a custom application that uses Oracle forms for presentation and business logic processing. Each Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) accesses MIRS to process military service applicants. A SECRET security facility clearance is contemplated as a requirement for the prime and/or subcontractor performing the work for this effort. It is anticipated offerors shall have an Oracle Gold certification in order to provide these services. This solicitation is competitively set-aside 100 percent for 8(a) small business vendors. NAICS 541511 - Custom Computer Programming (Size Standard: $27.5M) applies to this acquisition. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for industry review and comment. All questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist via email to richard.d.dalton.civ@mail.mil by 11 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) 5 March 2018. The RFP will be posted to the FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) website on or about 6 March 2018 with proposals due on or about 20 March 2018. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Offerors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist via email to richard.d.dalton.civ@mail.mil by 11 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) 5 March 2018.
