- This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Panel, Structural, AI, for NSN 1560-01-643-1482 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 13. IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA; REFERENCE DRAWING NR 78286 SS8640;REVISION NR 22 DTD 06/16/2015. The required delivery schedule is 367 days. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Contractor FAT is required. Government FIT test is required. Surge and Sustainment is not required. DLA Aviation Richmond currently has an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is March 12, 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
