Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number 36C78618Q0022. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 561730 Landscaping Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 million. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision for Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Services at the South Florida National Cemetery. South Florida National Cemetery located at: 6501 S State Road 7 Lake Worth FL 33449 Please see attached solicitation and documents for complete details on this requirement. Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be sent by e-mail to: max.andrade@va.gov no later than 9:00 AM ET, March 1, 2018. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered. Offerors shall inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to understand all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance (See Provision 52.237-1 Site Visit). In no event shall failure to inspect constitute grounds for a claim or request for equitable adjustment after contract award. Currently an organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb 28, 2018 at 10:30 AM local time.
