- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for Distracted Driving Teaching Aids, Equipment, and Course Instruction to be delivered to Recruiting and Retention, 1225 Bluff Rd., Bldg 1, Columbia, SC 29201. Coordination of deliveries and course instruction with Unit POC will be determined after award has been made. Delivery of teaching aids and equipment will be FOB Destination. Please prepare your quote based off of the requirements in the attachment to this solicitation. Please list brands and specifications of all items. Quotes that list items as "packages" or "kits" will be accepted, as long as all minimum requirements are met. This is an all-or-none requirement; multiple awards will not be made. Solicitation W912QG-18-T-0006 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is restricted for small businesses. The NAICS code is 423490.
