- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE “ JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR GRAND COULEE DAM The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office will soon be issuing the solicitation for comprehensive janitorial services at the Grand Coulee Dam complex. This contract is to provide comprehensive janitorial services throughout the Grand Coulee Dam complex. This encompasses 76 separate buildings, offices, industrial shops, storage areas and publicly used areas. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Governments discretion. This procurement will utilize a Woman Owned Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561720 Janitorial Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $18 million. There will be a mandatory pre-solicitation site visit for all interested parties, the date of which will be stated on the solicitation.
