- ***ALL BIDS MUST BE FOWARDED TO SHARON WILSON-EMMONS AT sharon.wilson-emmons.civ@mail.mil FOR CONSIDERATION. NEW RESPONSE DATE 03/05/2018*** The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement in support of the 99th Department of Public Works (DPW) for Repair and Replacement of an Elevator Emergency Phone and Car Guide Shoes repairs at the Staten Island USARC 356 Battery Road Fort Wadsworth Staten Island, NY 10305. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. Period of Performance: All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Place of Performance: Staten Island USARC 356 Battery Road Fort Wadsworth Staten Island, NY 10305. The estimated magnitude is under $10,000.00. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements. The Government will make a determination that the price is fair and reasonable. Although the Government intends to award without discussions, if the price is not determined to be fair and reasonable, negotiations will commence. Award will be made only after agreement has been reached on all terms and conditions, and a fair market price for the construction requirement to be acquired. A Site Visit is highly suggested for this requirement, the site visit will be coordinated to be completed as soon as possible once Solicitation W15QKN-18-Q-1041 is released.
