- The Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards off of this solicitation to those offeror's that provide the best value to the Government. Deployment Gear and Supplies - Beale AFB, CA The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for the procurement of Deployment Gear and Supplies for Beale AFB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990. The size standard, as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement, is 500 employees. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2017-1003. This Request for Quote is being issued 100 percent small business set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. See Attached RFQ and Product Spreadsheet for more information.
