DESCRIPTION: SEE BELOW The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4720-01-157-3615, made I/A/W a drawing to a code and part number. The FSC of this requirement is 4720. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for one year with two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be a small business set aside acquisition with full & open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation will be available on or about 26 February 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As per the requirements of this NSN, FOB destination and inspection/acceptance destination are required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
