DeBakey VA Medical Center has a requirement for the Annual and Semi-Annual Inspection and Certification of Pharmacy Biological Safety Cabinets and clean rooms Inspection and Certification of: (53) biological safety cabinets (BCS) (45) chemical fume hoods (CFHs) (7) mobile bench top (CFH) units (4) grossing stations (2) Cleanroom Testing Compounding Rooms (2) Cleanroom Testing Ante Rooms, eight (6), Bacterial Sampling w/I.D (12), Fungi Air Sampling Per Location, twelve (12) Bacterial and Fungal Surface Sampling (4) IV robots (5) glove box/isolators and provide a price for each re-certification trip and Environmental Sampling fees.
