- Solicitation SPE4A6-18-R-0542 / 0072866433 / NSN 1450-00-414-7172 / Hoist, Sling / Quantity: 475 each DLA Aviation does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, go to DIBBS website athttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs,you may call the Customer Sevice Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit requests for the Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm fixed price contract. No quantity option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin board (EB) and INternet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under Large Purchase procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the dLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bssm.dla.mil. Solicitation will be issued on or before 03/13/18
