Description

Solicitation 36C25218Q0630 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference 38 U.S. Code § 8127(b) and in accordance with VAAR 813.106-70. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring GI Lab Image and Data Mining Software. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-5, a firm fixed price purchase order to Alliant Enterprises, LLC 333 Bridge Street NW, Suite 1125 Grand Rapids, MI 49504-5367 as a responsible source to provide the above items. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
