- Attached is the DRAFT PWS for review. Attached is the vendor information form. This announcement serves as notice to all potential offerors that the Illinois Army National Guard, USPFO, Contracting Office, 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702 (IL-ARNG) anticipates the release of a formal Request for Quotes (RFP) under solicitation number W91SMC-18-Q-1004 for CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Search and Extraction Training to be conducted 21 April 2018 at Marseille, Illinois.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is as follows: 611430 - Professional development training. IL ARNG is advertising its intent to post the RFP on or around 9 March 2018, for this CERFP Training requirement. See the attached DRAFT PWS for additional information regarding this requirement. A final PWS will be issued with the Solicitation. Also attached is a vendor information form. Vendors are encouraged to complete this form and return to the points of contact to ensure that this requirement is commercially available as a small business set-aside. The Period of Performance shall be Saturday 21 April 2018 at the Marseilles Training Center, 1700 Army Road, Marseilles, IL 61341. The requirement will be set aside for small business only, with an anticipated award date of 28 March 2018. The formal announcement of the RFQ will provide all applicable documents for this requirement. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for contract award. Registration may take up to three weeks to complete, so immediate attention to ensure eligibility is recommended. For registration, go to http://www.sam.gov and follow the instructions.
