- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP7000-18-Q-1042 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 effective 24 January 2018 (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20180131 edition, and DLAD current to Revision 5, and PROCLTR 2018-03. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the agency. The intent is to award to Trident Engineering & Procurement for the 2-month continued lease support of 33 Multifunction Devices located in Qatar. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420, and the small business size standard is $32.5M. Period of Performance Up to a 2-month lease for Thirty-three(33) multi-functional devices (MFDs).
