- Facilities Requirements SF1449 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to rent: tents, chairs, tables, staging, decking, portable restrooms, and other equipment. A detailed description of the services being requested can you found in the attached SOW. See attached RFQ package for a listing of requested items. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully HOW TO RESPOND: This request for quotes is set aside for small business. In order to compete for this project, interested parties must provide a quote by 15 March 2018 at 15:00PM EST. Offeror's must submit quotes to Danielle Smith via electronic transmissions to Danielle.C.Smith@USCG.mil The reference number 70Z0G818QVCOC01 should be included in the subject line. EVALUATION PROCESS: LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE AN AWARD WILL BE MADE. IF IT IS FOUND UNACCEPTABLE THE NEXT LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED. PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE. THE VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO MEET THE DATE LISTED IN THE RFQ AND SOW.
