- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE 1.GENERAL INFORMATION: Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to perform Grounds Maintenance at the facility listed above and listed below. Grounds Maintenance will be performed per the following month-to-month schedule: once a month during the months of October, November, December, January and February and twice a month during March, April, May, June, July and August, as described in #2, Scope of Work STATEMENT OF WORK FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES 1.GENERAL INFORMATION: a.The building in which the work of this contract is to be performed is tenanted by Government Officials and Employees, and is visited by many people who are required to conduct business with the Government. For the protection of the buildings and its ™ equipment, and the facilitation of the business to be conducted therein, top quality cleaning will be accomplished.
