- The Government proposes to acquire on a ONE TIME BUY (OTB) FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a minimum quantity of 39 each of a POWER SUPPLY; NSN: 6130-01-532-5058; PN: 11480837 applicable to the M-D6 Weapon system. Production Lead Time is 373 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to SR WOH9 US ARMY AVN & MISSILES CMD, AMCOM FLEET MGT CENTER AFMC, HOLBOOK RD BLDG 738, FORT BLISS, TX 79916-5801. No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Alton King, Contract Specialist at alton.king@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, please include solicitation number, the company name, Cage Code, and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the manufacturer. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
