Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, a contract for the procurement of the VT MAK Data Logger (item VRL-DL) and VR-Link Developer (item VRL-TK) software and software assurance (maintenance) to upgrade and maintain the existing Data Logger capability of the Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer (SAVT). This sole-source procurement will be with MAK Technologies, Inc. (doing business as VT MAK) of Cambridge, MA (CAGE Code 0RGA4) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposals. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. No solicitation document is available.
