Description: The purpose of this notice is to advise of the proposed action to contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017. This action proposes to add two (2) hardware National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and repair services for 14 NSNs. These NSNs support the Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) System and the following Subassemblies: AN/TPX-57(V)1 (PATRIOT), AN/TPX-57(V)2 (SENTINEL/ATNAVICS), AN/TPX-59 (Mode S) (ATNAVICS), AN/TPX-58(V)1(FMS PATRIOT), Cooperative Aviation Surveillance Sensor (CASS), and AN/UPR-3 Avenger/Stinger Man Portable Air Defense System (MANPADS) Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) variant. The existing contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. The hardware NSNs and repair services for NSNs that are being considered for addition to the contract are in the below lists. The current contract expires on 27 September 2021. All items on this contract are sole source to Raytheon Company, CAGE 05716, plus other Raytheon CAGES. The Government does not own the Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for the NSNs or the Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) System, and cannot obtain the TDPs. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Because the contract was issued using the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
