DELIVERY SCHEDULE: PRLI Quantity U/I Required Delivery Destination Min Max 0001 392 EA 96 TBD 2,219 95,871 INCREMENTAL QUANTITIES: MIN 2,219 MAX 95,871 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Not to exceed 5 years NUBERED NOTE: 1 100% Set-Aside for Small Business 26 Commercial Notice (when the Government does not intend to use Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures) (FAR 5.206(e)(4)) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NOT COVERED BY NUMBERED NOTES: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. REMARKS: All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This acquisition is for an Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract. FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The proposed procurement is for a 3 year base period with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an all or none basis per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency the offeror MUST provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation with their initial offer. The Government intends to utilize Reverse Auction as a a negotiation tool with those offers that are within the competitive range. All prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
