36C26218Q0426 Page 3 of 3 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement shall be conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The award shall be based on the potential Contractor s ability to provide the specific supplies and services stated in the solicitation. It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) to establish a Single Award Firm Fixed Price Contract with Options for a Mammography Information System Tracking Software Annual Support and Maintenance as described within this solicitation. The selected NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, and size standard $38.5M. The selected Federal Supply Code for this requirement is D319. Responses to this solicitation shall be due by Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 0800 PDT. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Gabe Caganap, Contract Officer, at philip.caganap2@va.gov.
