Description

HAZARDOUS/NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE PICK-UP AND DISPOSAL SERVICES Tomah Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) requires services on a recurring basis. There shall be no penalty or additional costs incurred should the VAMC require more or less than the estimated pickups or disposal volume outlined in this Request for Quote. SCOPE OF WORK 1. The intention of this solicitation is to obtain hazardous and non-hazardous waste management services at the Tomah VAMC. Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management services include the segregating, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. All applicable Federal, State, and local regulations shall be adhered to; and land disposal of this waste is not an acceptable means, even if allowed by regulations. Excluded for this solicitation is the disposal of municipal type trash and refuse, radioactive waste, and sharps waste. This shall be a base + 4 year FFP Contract.
