- Sources Sought Notice Advertisement VA Cleveland Health Care System Please note that this advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Ravenna, OH that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous. In making a determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the above requirement as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, i.e. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking capable sources that have existing buildings that can provide leased space within the following constraints: State: Ohio - City: Ravenna Delineated Area: North: Route 80, South: Route 76, East: Route 44 to Route 5 to Route 44 & West: Route 43 Required Rentable Square Foot: 9,500 - Space Type: Office - Parking Spaces: 81 Full Term: 15 Years - Firm Term: 10 Years - Option Term: 5 Years A fully serviced lease is required, offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain and the space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) who have properties meeting the above criteria should submit the information listed below via email to Christopher Bennett, Contracting Specialist at christopher.bennett3@va.gov, no later than 1:00 PM EST, 19 March 2018. Offerors who are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov who have properties meeting the above criteria are encouraged to respond and identify themselves as a SDVOSB or VOSB. Information on properties submitted must include a property description, the address and the total number of parking spaces available. The VA will coordinate a market survey of properties offered for lease at a later date. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals.
