- ********************************************* NOTICE OF AWARD URS Federal Services has been awarded a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract FA489018D0002 for the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations and Maintenance Support. The program supports Air Combat Command (ACC), the Air National Guard, and other major command and combatant command customers to sustain the combat and training capability at tasked locations worldwide. The total cumulative face value of task orders to be awarded in the base year (FY18) is $51,713,200 (est.). The Contractor will provide a high level of MQ-1, MQ-9, and RQ-4 organizational-level (O-level) maintenance and qualified Launch and Recovery Element (LRE) pilot and sensor operator aircrew support for MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) weapons systems to sustain the combat and training capability at tasked locations worldwide. Support shall include aircraft maintenance management; Aerospace Ground Equipment and Ground Support Equipment maintenance; supply support; Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems; Quality Assurance, Quality Control; and ancillary support programs. The work under the base period is expected to be complete by 30 June 2019. This award is the result of a Full and Open competitive acquisition and three offers were received in response to Solicitation FA4890-16-R-0032. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) and the Product or Service Code (PSC) is J015 (Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Aircraft ) Task Orders will be released for CONUS performance at Creech AFB, NV; Nellis AFB, NV; Whiteman AFB, MO; Ellsworth AFB, SD; Shaw AFB, SC; Fort Smith, AR; Des Moines, IA; Niagara Falls, NY; Springfield, OH; Horsham, PA; Nashville, TN; and Battle Creek, MI. Task Orders for OCONUS performance within the US Territory of Guam (Andersen AFB) and foreign locations (Afghanistan; Jordan, and NAS Sigonella, Sicily, Italy) will also be issued.
