- PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform Alterations for Modesty, Various Buildings; #257, #258, #269 & #303, U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May, Cape May, NJ. Major work items include but are not limited to: Furnish and install new privacy partitions in the showers and dressing area of the bathroom towers of Healy Hall & James Hall; Furnish and install new privacy partitions in the showers and dressing area of the communal heads of Sexton Hall; Furnish and install new privacy partitions on the shower poles of the recruit heads in the Gymnasium; Furnish and install new privacy partitions for dressing area in the recruit heads of the Gymnasium; Mobilization, demobilization and clean up; Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of performance is 90 Days After Notice Of Award. This procurement is estimated between $250 and $500K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5M. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet in approximately seven days at this website.
