THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Durham VAMC has a need for a licensed psychologist who has a doctorate from an American Psychological Association (APA) approved graduate program to provide psychological assessment of police officers emotional and mental stability. All psychologist must be licensed in the State of North Carolina and is experienced in performing psychological assessment of police officer and law enforcement applicants. All assessment will be convenient for all assigned police officers and will take place at the Durham VAMC Building 1, Room A1011, 508 Fulton Street, Durham NC 27705-3897. The NAICS 621330 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $7.5M. If your company is interested in performing these service, please notify our office or your intent. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors will be required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
