Description
This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1660 Oxygen Mask Receptacle Assembly. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-011138363. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1660-011138363 Oxygen Mask Receptacle Assembly Estimated Annual Demand - 2,445 each Minimum Order Quantity - 611 each Maximum Order Quantity - 2,445 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 18,350 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved sources of supply are as follows: Avox Systems Inc. 53655 P/N 834-37 Gentex Corporation 60240 P/N G012-1037-01 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Delivery is 140 Days ARO SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
