East: Atlantic Ocean / Duval County Line West: Saint Johns River from Buckman Bridge north to I-95 then north on I-95 to Duval County line See Note Regarding Delineated Area Requirements. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,197 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,607 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 23 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Must be contiguous space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
