Description
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB) Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the United States Government (USG) to contract for any supply or services. Further, the USG is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in responses to this sources sought notice. The USG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not precluded participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) unless an exception applies. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining this requirement. The anticipated North America Industry System Classification (NAICS) 611430, Professional Development Training. The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest and capability of a potential Women Owned Small Business under NAICS 611430 that is qualified and capable of providing Executive Coaching to senior leaders within the F-35 JPO. This coaching program will support senior leaders which includes Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service members (SES). The executive coaching program should consist of leadership assessment, personalized leadership development plans and experiential learning activities that address the following areas: • Providing options for senior leaders to use executive coaching for a wide range of issues/concerns as per their individual needs (example: a targeted 1 month of support, 1 hour a week, to address specific issues or 9 months of support, 2-3 hours a month for broader leadership development) • Establishing a process for appropriately matching coaches to senior leaders • Assisting with matching coaches through engagement with JPO leaders to meet the needs of the individual and the organization • Guiding JPO leaders through the process to effectively establish relationships with coaches • Developing documentation and activities to enable this Executive Coaching program to maintain an enduring presence in the larger F-35 JPO Training Plan Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should consist of a capability statement referencing announcement notice "N68335-18-R-0508" and outline the below areas. 1. Company Name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address; 2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 3. A copy of SAM.GOV active registration. Must reflect Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), Commercial, CAGE, Reps/Certs, and registration under applicable NAICS. 4. Capability statement displaying the contractor's ability to provide the services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Past Performance submittal shall include contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the responses to the sources sought. 5. Include any other supporting documentation and additional information that you feel is relevant to the solicitation. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages in no less than Time New Roman 12-font size, excluding numbers 1, 2, and 3 above. All information submitted should fully support the vendor's definite capability to provide the required training program required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
