Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of The US Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System Black Hills, hereinafter referred to as VA BHHCS, located at 113 Comanche Rd., Fort Meade, SD 57741, contemplates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for court reporting services. The performance period will be from time of BPA award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 3/26/2018 3/25/2019. There will also be multiple Option Periods for this BPA. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). The applicable NAICS Code is: 561492 COURT REPORTING SERVICES. The small business size standard is $15 million. This requirement is a 100% SET-ASIDE competition for SDVOSBs only. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ statement of work. The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation will follow on/about March 15, 2018. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, regularly to obtain possible amendments. All parties must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal instructions outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be due not less than 6 days after the issuance of any solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. All respondents must be registered/certified in the Veteran Business database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov to prove/validate SDVOSB eligibility. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. Questions to this announcement will not be answered. This is for informational purposes only.
