Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WPBVAMC), Medical Administration Department located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 requires an interim contract for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services and intends to enter into a sole source contract with Medmark Veteran Services, LLC. located at 401 E. Corporate Drive, Suite 220. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The CBOCS shall be in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Pierce, Stuart, Vero Beach, and Okeechobee. The period of performance is anticipated to be four (4) months from the date of award with two (2), four (4) month option periods. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide primary care services for veteran patients in each location, beginning April 1, 2018. The responding company must demonstrate that they have healthcare providers already cleared through VetPro (an Internet enabled data bank for the credentialing of Veterans Health Administration personnel which facilitates completion of uniform, accurate, and complete credential files) and already have security clearances. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., eastern standard time (EST), March 22, 2018. All responses must be e-mailed to Shaundrica.Close@va.gov with Subject: 36C24818R0420. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors shall access the SAM website at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
