This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; proposals are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site as a total small business set-aside. NAVFAC Washington, FEAD Quantico, Virginia is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, N40080-18-R-1012 as a Request for Proposal. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238910, with a small business standard of $15,000,000.00. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Bldg. 2016 MCB Quantico, VA 22134 There will be a site visit Thursday, 22 March 2018 at 10:00 AM.
