- Sources Sought Medical Oncology Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources that are capable of providing medical oncology services at the VANIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. The contract period will be for one (1) year from contract award with four (4) 12-month renewal option years, if exercised at the Government's discretion. VA Northern Indiana HealthCare System (VANIHCS) has a requirement for a reputable professional Medical Hematology and Oncology physicians group to provide board-certified/board-eligible physicians in the oncology/hematology service for two (2) days per week. The Contractor shall furnish a non personal board certified/board eligible professional medical hematology and oncology physician service for eligible veterans at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (hereinafter referred to as VANIHCS). The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of Hematology/Oncology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility, evaluate and treat patients during a general Hematology Oncology outpatient clinic at the VANIHCS. The standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American Society of Hematology. The contractor shall also provide on-call coverage services, including weeknights, weekends and holidays, and after hours/emergency call back coverage for oncology/hematology services. The Contractor shall provide Board Certified and/or Board Eligible Hematology/Nephrology provider Services on site and shall be credentialed and privileged by the VANIHCS in accordance with Medical Center Bylaws, rules, and regulations to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VANIHCS.
