- I.Introduction The Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications from interested vendors. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) to the ultimate acquisition approach. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. It is not to be construed as an obligation on the part of the VACA. In order to proactively plan for future requirements, VACA is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested large and small businesses, to assess qualified and experienced interested sources to provide, a comprehensive courseware package via an integrated online learning tool. The purpose of this document is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications from vendors. RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED PROPOSALS, NOR WILL AN AWARD BE INCURRED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. Therefore, please do not request a copy of this solicitation. VACA seeks to identify contractors who can provide the technical expertise to implement, maintain, and provide innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tool that provides a variety of service management solutions. VACA is seeking to identify contractors that are leaders in the field of ServiceNow, have demonstrated insight in their approaches to develop, integrate, train, and perform operations and maintenance of an on premise ServiceNow environment. VACA seeks contractors who can provide continued Operations and Maintenance of the current on premise platform, and seeks to leverage best practices from industry, quickly adopting those best practices from highly experienced and successful partners who routinely and completely develop new and innovative approaches in automation, and in maximizing the usage of the ServiceNow platform. VACA is looking to gain insight into how industry can bring best practices, and implement their proven successes, to continue the improvement of the current platform and to implement and improve all modules of the ServiceNow platform to included but not limited to: (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps/GRC, HR, and the Platform runtime). VACA is keenly interested in adopting and adapting best practices, not re-invent workflows, processes, and ServiceNow structures, that industry has developed and implemented. Any Information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. II.Instructions All responses to this Sources Sought shall be submitted NLT Tuesday March 30, 2018, 4:00 PM EST. Please limit your responses to no more than five (5) pages, using Times New Roman twelve (12) point font or equivalent. Capability statements will not be returned. VACA would like information and comments on the following: 1.A brief three to five-page synopsis of similar work performed to include a.Level or partnership with ServiceNow (Gold, Silver, Bronze), current experience developing, integrating, and maintaining an on premise ServiceNow solution. b.Successes and examples of automations you have enabled though your ServiceNow depth of experience across a wide array of industries with ServiceNow development, integration, and maintenance. c.Experience integrating and maintaining solutions developed by 3rd party vendors. d.Experience performing work within a classified environment, and current ability to perform work on classified systems. e.Proven leader in innovations as demonstrated in what you developed and integrated with ServiceNow. f.Availability of a broad range of personnel for rapid time to market and time to value realization capable of working day one in a classified environment. g.Results to capitalize on vendor and industries experience to maximize efficiency and to minimize costs for your customers. h.Teaming approach and/or direct experience implementing solutions; track record in teaming to bring in the right experts at the right time; approach/partnerships to implementing enhancements available on the ServiceNow store (include the number of solutions implemented from what is available on the ServiceNow store); approach/partnerships to implement custom solutions not in the store. 2.DUNS and CAGE code number 3.Company Name and Address 4.Company Point of Contact, phone number, and email 5.NAICS codes associated with the company 6.Socio-economic categories associated with the company 7.Recommended/suggested NAICS codes for this effort 8.Identify if able to provide personnel with clearances at the TOP SECRET level in order for personnel assigned to operate and maintain ServiceNow. 9.Identify if your company has any pre-existing contract vehicles and the contract number for similar services (either direct or via partnership arrangement). 10.Provide references with point of contact, phone number, and emails of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the response.
