- Description
- The VA Medical Center Lebanon, PA, has a requirement for Bladder Scanners with Stands. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0383 and it is issued as a Combined Synopsis, Request for Quotation (RFQ). Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov and www.vip.vetbiz.gov. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured or used products. No "GREY" market items. Offer MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission Quotes shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (Ronald.Kline@va.gov). Quotes are due by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on Wednesday 03-21-2018. FOB Destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) Shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on the own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. No partial shipments unless otherwise specified at time of order.
