Description
WOLF CREEK ROAD Remove debris material from roadway and roadside ditch and adjacent drainage areas as indicated on contract plans. Process material over 6" screen. Utilize 6" minus material in reconstructing roadway prism on Loop Canyon Road. Utilize 6" plus material in rip‐rap areas on Wolf Creek Road and Loop Canyon Road. Reconstruct ditch at locations indicated in the plans and according to stakes in the field. Reconstruct ditch shall consist of removal of unsuitable material to establish a consistent grade and ditch depth. Place class 1 rip rap (FP‐14) at 50 foot intervals in ditch to serve as runoff energy dissipation. Repair shoulder erosion / failures by placing boulders and unclassified fill material. Repair broken pavement areas by removing damaged asphalt (sawcut) and placing hot‐mix asphalt. Replace roadway section full‐depth and full width for 125 linear feet as indicated on plans and staked in field. Replace culverts (option items, depends on condition of culverts after debris is removed). Replaced culverts shall include replacement of roadway section above culvert as indicated on plan details. Build terraces as staked in field. Re‐use suitable material on Loop Canyon Road, dispose of unsuitable material off of Forest. LOOP CANYON ROAD Reconstruct road section using imported material from Wolf Creek Road. Repair shoulder failure by placing boulders and fill material. Reconstruct ditch at locations indicated in the plans and according to stakes in the field. Reconstruct ditch shall consist of removal of unsuitable material to establish a consistent grade and ditch depth. Place class 1 rip rap (FP‐14) at 50 foot intervals in ditch to serve as runoff energy dissipation. Repair shoulder erosion / failures by placing boulders and unclassified fill material. Construct armored driveable dip according to stakes in the field. Replace culverts according to plans and stakes in the field. Removed downed tree according to plans. Dispose of off of Forest "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation's closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred."
