Description

Summary of Solicitation Amendment: Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.206 Amending the Solicitation, this amendment hereby accomplishes the following: Changes the socio-economic set-aside from 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted. Removes the following clauses from C.14 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2017): 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (NOV 2011) (15 U.S.C. 644). 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (JAN 2017) (15 U.S.C. 637(a)(14)). Adds the following clauses to C.14 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2017): 52.219-3, Notice of HUBZone Set-Aside or Sole-Source Award (NOV 2011) (15 U.S.C. 657a). 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (OCT 2014) (if the offeror elects to waive the preference, it shall so indicate in its offer) (15 U.S.C. 657a). Extends the solicitation response date to April 19, 2018, 1:30pm CST.
