Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) at the University of California, San Francisco because they have the necessary expertise needed to perform the bio-statistical support for the research study. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is capable of performing bio-statistical support in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information and capability by responding to angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by March 21, 2018 by 10 am. The applicable NAICS Code is 541990 and the size standard is $15 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
