- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Advanced Computer Flight Plan (ACFP) Application Support, 1 April 2014 If funding is approved, 763 SCONS/PKB, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed priced modification to contract FA445214C0009, extending the Advanced Computer Flight Plan (ACFP) Applications Support contract for up to six months, 1 Oct 18 - 31 Mar 19. This extension will be accomplished via FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. This sole source contract modification will be issued to Data Systems Analysts, Inc., to continue to provide requirements analysis, custom application development, test and evaluation, security engineering supporting certification and accreditation, web services, operations support, software, and managed services. Currently, no funds exist for this requirement. However, the requirement has been placed on the "unfunded requirements list." If funds are approved, the Government intends to issue a sole source modification to one source, Data Systems Analysts, Inc., 8 Neshaminy Interplex Dr, Ste 209, Feasterville Trevose PA, 19053-6944, at current contract prices under authority FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B): Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. Verbal requests will not be acted upon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512.
