- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following product and service: The Army Test Command (ATC) requires: maintenance support including one onsite preventative maintenance visit with preventative maintenance parts, unlimited onsite visits (including labor and travel) and repair with original equipment manufacturer parts by a Perkin Elmer certified and trained field service specialist within a 3 day response time, and unlimited technical support. All associated labor, per diem, mileage, and other travel related expenses incurred by the service representative will be included. Technical support to include but not limited to hardware, software, and applications trouble shooting and information, including unlimited phone support. One preventive maintenance (PM) visit per contract year for the equipment listed below: a. ELAN 9000 ICP-MS with controller SN: P0410203 b. Polyscience Chiller SN:108200529 c. S10 Autosampler SN:102S8031011 All work shall be accomplished by service representatives with certified Perkin Elmer training and at least 5 years of experience on the Perkin Elmer ELAN 9000 ICP-MS. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to PERKINELMER HEALTH SCIENCES, INC, 710 BRIDGEPORT AVE, SHELTON, CT, 06484-4750. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Business Size Standard is $20.5 million. All responses received within fifteen businesses (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed requirement will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 03:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), 3 April 2018.
