RFQ 36C25918Q0343: INDUSTRIAL GRADE STEAM CLEANER This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is:36C25918Q0343 and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). NAICS: 333318, Size Standard 1000 employees. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov and https://www.sba.gov/contracting/getting-started-contractor/register-government-contracting respectively. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for Brand Name or equal, for items listed in the table below. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "GRAY MARKET" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No telephone requests for information will be accepted. Only emailed requests received directly from the Offeror are acceptable. It is the Offeror responsibility to ensure the quote is received. Quote must be good for 30 calendar days after close of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation. Contract line items are as follows: Manufacturer Part No. Description 125829551 Daimer Kleenjet Ultra 5000CV or equivalent Description of requirements for the items listed in the table above: PURPOSE The purpose of this solicitation is to procure eight (8) of the portable steam vacuum cleaners designed for commercial applications identified in the table above, including integrated stainless-steel boiler and transport cart ( Kleenjet ). Kleenjet shall be capable of meeting the following standards: The salient characteristics for all eight (8) units are as follows: Dimensions: 20 W x 45 H x 20 D Power Requirements: 120 VAC, 60 Hz Max Pressure: 125 PSI Max Steam Temperature: 370oF Minimum Boiler Tank Size: 5 liters Minimum Water Chamber Size: 10 liters Minimum Wet Extraction Chamber Size 14 liters Minimum Detergent Injection Chamber Size: 10 liters Wet Vacuum Extraction: approximately 2200mm water column lift Other Features: - Stainless Steel Housing and Boiler with Integrated Transport Cart. - Continuous Refill Operation and Detergent Injection Capability - HEPA filter. Digital Copies - Quantity (1) each for items identified herein. Deliver compilation of all manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule and operation materials packaged in binder(s) to Onsite POC upon completion of delivery. Warranty: The contractor shall provide all manufacturer(s) warranties at time of delivery. The warranties shall include all travel and shipping costs associated with any warranty repair. Date and Place of Delivery (FOB Destination): Delivery Location: Contractor shall deliver all equipment to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Loading Dock, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. Delivery Timeframe: within 30 days ARO Contractor shall deliver items in manufacturer's original sealed containers with manufacturer s name marked thereon. Deliveries shall be marked with the PO and contract number. Delivery will be coordinated through the On-Site Point of Contact (POC). POCs for delivery will be identified upon award. (ix.) The following provisions apply to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (ii) price (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (x) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. The following FAR and VAAR provisions and clauses are incorporate into this solicitation document by reference: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (of which 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-50, 52.223-18, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, and 52.232-33 are applicable); and VAAR 852.246-70 Guarantee, 852.203-70 Commercial Advertising, 852.211-70 Service Data Manuals,, 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, and 852.246-71 Inspection. Note: This is an open market acquisition, but FSS pricing is acceptable and encouraged, if available. (xi) The Government intends to issue a single award firm fixed price purchase order. Offerors must submit quotes electronically via email. The Offeror that submits the offer that meets all the requirements of the solicitation, is responsive and responsible, and has the lowest cumulative price for all items (inclusive of delivery) will be selected.
