THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) will be issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to provide 123 SmartOnline 120V Double-Conversion Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) to the West Haven VAMC. Please refer to the solicitation for further details of the items requested. An RFQ using the following NAICS is contemplated: 335999 This RFQ shall be 100% set aside for VOSBs (Veteran-Owned Small Businesses). Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 20, 2018. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. Any questions regarding the solicitation shall be sent in writing to leah.bennett2@va.gov
