ADVERTISEMENT PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ELBERT P. TUTTLE COURT OF APPEALS BUILDING FIFTH FLOOR MULTIFUNCTIONAL OFFICE SUITE ATLANTA, GEORGIA The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4 announces its intent to -advertise a formal announcement opportunity for excellence in general construction. This opportunity shall be for general construction in Atlanta, Georgia and shall appear on/or about April 9, 2018. The Project Name and Location: Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals Building – Fifth Floor Multifunctional Office Suite, 56 Forsyth Street NW, Atlanta, GA. Project Summary Description: The Elbert P. Tuttle U.S. Court of Appeals Building is located in downtown Atlanta Georgia. This is a six-story building – 5 above grade and one basement level - built in 1918. The scope of work includes space alterations, consisting of demolition and installation of new partitions, fire rated partitions, doors, hardware, new gypsum board ceiling system, new light fixtures, new telephone-data installation, modifying the mechanical ductwork, modifying- relocate sprinkler heads, electrical work for new lights and outlets, new telephone and data outlets, providing conduit and junction boxes for the security system, coordinating security monitoring devices and other court security devices (provided and installed by ADT). The facility is currently occupied by Court of Appeals. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT REQUIRED.
