Description

ECOLAB Encompass Monitoring Program INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE- Asheville, NC VAMC Veterans Health Administration, Hampton, VA intends to award on sole source basis contract to GEO-MED LLC to support a full monitoring service contract for the Encompass Monitoring Program at the Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center Asheville NC. The period of performance is 1 April 2018 through 31 Sept 2018 with a 4-year option to extend. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 The ECOLAB Encompass Monitoring Program services has proprietary rights and only GEOMED LLC s personal are authorized to perform the monitoring services for use by Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Asheville NC. As a Sole Source purchase quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 03/ 26/2018 to warren.peninl@va.gov. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address authorization from ECOLAB to service the Encompass Monitoring Program and telephone number. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
