This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C26018Q0264 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular FAC 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is a SDVOSB set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The Veteran s Health Administration located in White City, OR has a requirement for three Utility Type Vehicles per the salient characteristics in the solicitation. The vehicles will be used for landscaping/turf work. It will be used on a large facility hauling dirt, rock, plants, tools, workers and materials pertinent to the landscape trade. It will be used on a variety of terrain from pavement to turf.
