Cover Letter for Freight Forwarding Services, New Delhi, India Freight Forwarding services solicitation, New Delhi, India. U.S.Embassy, New Delhi, India The requirement is for packing, crating, transporting and storage services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The deadline for submission of offers is April 20, 2018 by 1700 hours (India Standard time). Instructions on how to complete and submit the offer are provided in the solicitation (section 3 and its addendum) and its cover letter. Please read the solicitation document carefully before submitting an offer. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Only offers received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on FedBizOpps. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent at vedij@state.gov in the question form as attached with the solicitation document, latest by March 27, 2018. No questions will be entertained after March 27, 2018. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
