- Brand Name J&A Attachments 1-4 of solicitation Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to solicit a firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract with installation for Steelcase furniture at Portland District Block 300, Portland Oregon. The Contractor shall provide all supplies being requested as part of solicitation as well installation. A portion of work will also include the reconfiguration of existing stations with the installation of some new items. The contract duration/delivery is intended to be completed in whole by 31 July 2018 with all items delivered and installed. This acquisition is intended to be a Brand Name requirement for Steelcase products. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 337214- Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this effort 7110 - Office Furniture. Evaluation criteria will be stated in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract. Offers are due electronically on April 4, 2018 by 2:00pm Pacific Time. Submission requirements and instructions are included within the Solicitation. Evaluation criteria is stated in the Solicitation within clause FAR 52.212-2. Offerors must be registered in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to receiving an award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Solicitation notice or any follow-up information request.
