Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for a Flooring Contractor. The project will be located at VA Northern California Healthcare System, 10535 Hospital Way Mather CA 95655. The general intent for this project is provide and install new flooring in Building 722. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238330, Flooring Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15M. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and will be a total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Description of Services The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform replacement and installation as required by this scope and the technical specifications. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning up and disposal of all garbage related to the flooring project. The duration of this project is 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 5, 2018.
