Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Software license renewal for solar systems monitoring The Department of Veterans SAO West, Network Contracting Office 19, located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to enter into sole source purchase order agreement authorized by FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source purchase order to the small business Also Energy, Inc. 5425 Airport Blvd Suite 100 Boulder 80301-2627 The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the Business Size/Dollar standard is $27,500,000.00 The contractor shall provide the George E Whalen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT with a renewal for software license of the PowerTrack PV Solar Monitoring System for energy harvest and remote management. The software includes unlimited users and included customer phone support and training as it relates to the software and its features. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, March 26th, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
