Description

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Advanced Accelerator Applications for Lutathera (Lu-177 dotatate). NAICS Code 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the FDA orphan designation granted to Lutathera (Lu-177 dotatate) and Advanced Accelerator Applications. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
