Description

AMENDMENT #2 BIDDER'S QUESTION Question: To paraphrase, "With respect to the duration periods for equipment operation, should the proposal be based on a single shift, or should it be based upon multiple shifts?" Answer: Per the statement of work subparagraph 3.1.3: "The operator/driver crew shall be on-call 24 hours for all days of the week when on-station. Duration may include work on normal (first) shift, swing (second) shift and graveyard (third) shift, and on holidays." As such, proposals should reflect requirement for possible multiple shifts. (END AMENDMENT #2)
